Si sa che a Palermo è difficile lavorare, creare sviluppo per la città, ottenere qualche risposta con questa amministrazione comunale è un’impresa, sin dal primo giorno un anno fa dalla presentazione del progetto, abbiamo trovato ostacoli per il forno crematorio, qui gli amministratori comunali sono diventati imprenditori fanno i conti in tasca a chi potrebbe investire, rischiare, creare occupazione e pagare le tasse, invece la città è ferma in ginocchio, negozi che chiudono, i nostri ragazzi costretti ad andare via, gente che non può più fare la spesa, tasse che aumentano di dismisura, qui invece fanno scappare chi vorrebbe creare qualcosa, tra la burocrazia, se chiedi di parlare con l’assessore cimiteriale competente per discutere del progetto? non ti riceve, ti senti dire la solita storia interessi personali, mafia antimafia, forse, perché, la categoria delle onoranze funebri non è ben vista ma siamo orgogliosi di farne parte; noi pensiamo che in ogni categoria ci sono le mele marce, così come in quella politica ed amministrativa, ma non per questo siamo tutti etichettati, chi si mette davanti a certe imprese come noi abbiamo fatto sa cosa sta facendo mette la propria persona o azienda senza paura dinanzi l’opinione pubblica, perché non abbiamo nulla da temere, ma siamo orgogliosi di dare lavoro, creare occupazione e posti di lavoro.

Investimenti per decine di milioni di euro che però spesso restano al palo per la lentezza del Comune nel fornire risposte e dare tempi precisi ai privati. Per questo adesso il Comune avrà al massimo 90 giorni di tempo per rispondere agli industriali. Questo consentirà di aumentare la capacità attrattiva di Palermo in termini di finanziamenti dei privati per la realizzazione dei progetti di pubblica utilità.
Da quella data ad oggi provate a chiedere cosa hanno approvato ?

(fatti col project financing presentato dal consorzio tutta l’opera da realizzare chiavi in mano: costruzione, 2 forni Crematori, personale, tasse, proiettato per 20 anni era 1,5 milioni di euro, per ogni cremazione 150 euro di incasso al comune, quindi a costo zero, nulla a carico per i cittadini; con introito comunale; invece con il soggetto pubblico i costi sono raddoppiati 2,7 milioni di euro 1 solo forno crematorio e con mutuo ed interessi che noi cittadini dovremmo pagare, poi ci saranno altri € ? per riparare ristrutturare quello esistente) Cari cittadini colleghi giudicate voi i nostri soldi come li spendono, noi possiamo giudicare sul nostro mestiere ma pensiamo che ogni categoria se guarderebbe ogni delibera si metterebbe le mani in testa.
